We do not offer refunds. You have a period of 14 days (from the reception of the package) to send it to the head office. The return cost is your responsibility. A credit note will be issued by the head office for use in the next 6 months exclusively on the website.

Exchanges are accepted only with original tags hanging on unworn garments.

Can Igaler products purchased through Igaler online be returned to an independent retailer or to Igaler’s boutiques?

Can Igaler products purchased through an independent retailer be returned through Igaler online?
No. All products purchased through one of our independent retailers must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. We cannot dictate or intervene in independent store exchange or return policies.

Can Igaler products purchased outside the USA be returned, exchanged, or refunded online?
No. According to policies, all products purchased outside the USA are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
